Sarah has been working for progressive change for more than 27 years, and during that time, she has raised hundreds of millions of dollars for conservation and women’s rights. She has deep expertise in major gifts, board and talent optimization, and she sees fundraising as a way to build power and drive important change. She has led multi-faceted resource mobilization strategies for nationally prominent organizations, including NARAL Pro-Choice America, National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, and Defenders of Wildlife. Sarah graduated from Middlebury College with High Honors and is a graduate of Harvard’s Hauer Institute for Civil Society. Sarah is a passionate scuba diver, gardener and baker, and she lives in Alexandria with her husband.
